“Very nice staff and Oscar liked them for sure. Got him right in on a Saturday he has pneumonia. He got x-rays and sent me home with antibiotics. The doctor wanted to keep him and put him on fluids and watch him for a couple of days but I couldn’t afford it. Especially living in Bullhead We do not have one vet here on the weekends, not even Kingman has a weekend or 24 hr anything for our animals He already feels better. Thank you so much Dr Kent and staff❤️”

We were very lucky it wasn’t poisonous to him. They cleaned him up got him feeling better and we were able to head home with him quickly. I would definitely recommend them. “An absolute great first impression on how the front desk handled my emergency situation. I called them due to what I thought was an emergency. They informed me they did not have anyone waiting and could be seen immediately. I arrived to the clinic and proceeded to check in. The front desk team member asked about the emergency and how it had happened. After explaining what had happened, she informed me that the experience was a normal occurrence with male dogs and no need to worry. I was so relieved after hearing the news.

“Last week, we rushed our dog to this facility because she unexpectedly collapsed. Long story short- cancer. The amount of compassion and empathy shown to us in our sweet dogs last moments will never be forgotten. They explained everything to us and what was going to happen as she was put to sleep. The staff cared, you could see it and feel it. We are so grateful for them. I highly recommend them for your pets end of life needs. You won’t regret it. “Our normal vet was closed for the night and we felt like there was nowhere to go and we this location by chance. The doctors were very kind, personable and transparent with their treatment plan as well as cost. I have been here two separate times and they have been most helpful each time. I could not be happier with the care they have provided for my pups, and we are so grateful to them for saving their lives.

Their office is always clean, the staff is always helpful and the doctors are personable and compassionate. I would highly recommend this center for anyone who is in need of immediate care!”

They were able to quickly diagnose what was going on and stabilize her. I was able to take my baby home and she is now resting comfortably (with her Teddy). “This ER is amazing! Yesterday was the second time I had go rush my puppy to. I went there in June and Dr Joel Farnsworth was such a great soul. Last night again Dr Farnsworth & Dr. Justin Cardwell took such care of her . The technician was also very nice and explained to me the two ways they could take care of my baby . Both doctors went thru blood work, X-rays and medication with such attention. They really try the best they can to help the animals in need . My babe means the world to me and I’ll be forever grateful for this place and its staff . Thank you thank you !!!”

“We recently had to visit the ER with our cat Nigel due to an accidental ibuprofen poisoning. He had to be hospitalized for 3 nights and needed to return to receive daily blood testing for a couple days.

Dr. Farnsworth, Dr. O’Dea and the entire staff were absolutely incredible! Our cat was treated with urgency and compassion. The doctors worked hard to give our cat the very best care and because of them Nigel is home and feeling great! Highly recommend this office if your animal ever needs emergency care.”

“I can’t sing their praises enough. At 4am, we had to take our dog Jodie of 17 years in to say goodbye. My husband is deathly allergic to cats, so he was not able to come in. The nurse saw the look on my husband’s face as we got to the door and asked the doctor if he could do the procedure outside so my husband could be there. They did. I can’t think of a bigger act of compassion in my lifetime than what this hospital and their staff did for us that morning. It brings me to tears again. The doctor sent us a handwritten card, a picture and clay imprint of Jodie’s paw, and a few other things. Bring your fur babies here.”
